Selling at the Farmers Markets in Chiriqui Province

The last couple of months, I have been having a great time selling my jewelry in two of the farmers markets near our home town. I have met many beautiful people who have stopped by to visit with me at my table. One of these people is Miss Nina of Volcan. Here she is wearing a pair of earrings she had bought from me, a couple of weeks ago. Doesn’t she look lovely???

I have been working on new earring designs and also finishing up several custom earring orders that I have received and will soon get those out to my dear customers.

I encourage each of you to frequent your local farmers market. There are many different homemade tasty treats to choose from, organic vegetables and exquisite jewelry to be found (along with a vast array of other treasures)! Plus it is a great way to get out and visit with new and old friends.

I look forward to meeting you soon! (And remember, if  you are looking for a certain color of earrings or certain stones, check with me. I have many different stones to choose from. I would be happy to help you.)

Yours, Rose

P.S. Miss Nina (pictured above) rescued a starving dog she found that has many and varied health problems… Where one veterniarian gave up, she persisted until she found one, who thought could help this poor animal. The dog is named “Chance”, please keep him in your prayers and positive thoughts. Without good people like Miss Nina, some animals here would not be given a chance at all. We hope to hear a good report, Miss Nina! Keep us posted.

Asian Inspired Gold Wire Wrapped Amethyst and Garnet Earrings

Here is my latest creation!

This is an Asian inspired gold-plated earring component accented with red Garnet jewels, surrounding a purple Amethyst briolette which is carefully and securely wire wrapped with 16k gold filled wire. A gold-plated chain hangs from each earring for an extra flair! The hang from gold plated dangle earwires.

What do you all think about this lovely and dramatic earring pair?

My Etsy and E-Bay Shops are Offically Closed

I just want to thank you all for your support in the past years, in supporting my Etsy and E-bay Shops.

I have currently closed all my online shops and am pursuing local sales only at this time. In the future I may sell online again, so I will keep you posted.

Thank you again for the many years together and my dear repeat customers!~ Rose

One of my first Custom Earring Sales in Panama

I was with my Mom at the beauty salon and the shop owner admired my earrings. I spoke with him about my earrings and told him I was a jewelry designer. Together we came up with a custom pair of earrings to be given as a present for his daughter. The earrings pictured below are an exact replica of the earrings I designed for his daughter, except he did not have the Aqua Chlacedony briolette hanging from the earrings.

Well, what do you think about these little gems?

I thought they turned out so nice, I would make another pair for my shop, except I would add Aqua Blue Chalcedony briolettes to the bottoms of them. You can view them under “Everyday Collection-Gorgeous in Gold”.

These earrings consist of an Aqua Blue Chalcedony faceted briolette and accented with little faceted Czech glass beads and small white button pearls, which glimmer a lovely blue in the sun. These little beauties hang from gold plated earwires. These earrings remind me of the color of the Caribbean blue skies.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!~Rose

P.S. Remember I have a wide range of semi-precious gemstones and can make a perfect pair of earrings for you or for that special someone in your life!

Changes

In the past, I have sold the jewelry I have designed in my E-bay shop, Etsy shops or at jewelry events. Three months ago, I closed my Ebay shop and I am currently in the process of closing my second Etsy shop. It is just too difficult to ship from Panama to the states, unless I can find a better way to make it work. Hence the need for this blog, to at advertise here in the Chiriqui Province and to share my creations with the beautiful women of Panama.

So please excuse the “mess”, as for the next couple of weeks, this blog will be “under construction”, as I add more items and also add a Paypal button with shopping cart to this blog.

I also am looking for a reputable shop, where I could leave some of my earrings on consignment in the area or if there is someone who can keep me informed of any farmer markets or fairs, please feel free to contact me.

Blessings~Rose
